Allen Williams is a Landscape Habitat Specialist with Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD where he engages students & staff in a variety of hands-on planting & learning centered around plants. His land stewardship career spans over 20 years. His native landscape company specializes in creating diverse native habitats for birds, butterflies, and people. Mr. Williams is passionate about creating gardens that connect young minds to the wonders of nature.
His presentation will cover volunteer opportunities to work with some PSJA Certified Habitats, City of Pharr's new Nature Park and the new Hidalgo County Precinct ll Hike & Bike trail system. All these areas are important to our community both from a Wildlife & Human life perspective.
